For those of you who will be in the Denver area on Friday, Jan. 30 at 6:30, the Denver Metro CSA chapter is coordinating a gluten-free dinner at Assignments Restaurant at the Denver School of Culinary Arts (675 South Broadway, Denver). Here’s a web link to the Denver Post review of the restaurant: http://63.147.65.175/scene/reviews/dine0717.htm
The all-inclusive price is $30 per person for the following gluten-free menu:
Haricot Verte Salad with Mustard Vinaigrette, Crumbled Feta, Tomatoes, Seasonal Walnuts; Pan Seared Salmon Filet with Wilted Spinach, Lemon Beurre Blanc, and Spaghetti Squash; Gluten-Free Bread; Crème Caramel with Raspberry Coulis and Flamed Peaches; Coffee, Tea, Soda; tax and gratuity. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased.
I attended the GIG dinner that was held at Assignments in June and had a wonderful meal and a delightful time.
If you would like to attend, please email me.
