Hello,
  Next week I will spending a week in a hotel in Eau Claire, WI while my
husband is on business. Does anyone know of any gluten-free friendly
restaurants and/or places to get gluten-free products.  I am nervous as this
 the longest I have been away since my DH diagnosis.  I will summarize.
