In response to my post telling of my wonderful first experience eating at
P.F.Chang's, I received   3 affirmations from other satisfied customers.
But I received 9 inquiries of where this restaurant is (Knoxville, TN) or if
I knew where the restaurants are located.   The inquirers were very
interested.

I do know that it is a new chain, and that there are locations in various
places around the country.
And since I was offered a professional looking laminated GF menu by the
server in the Knoxville restaurant,   I would assume that it is available to
all the restaurants.   Happy eating!
