raw starches ? not very appealing !

i am not sure to undertand this sentence . do you mean you needed cooked
food to be able to go low carb?

i did went low carb eating raw , i don't see how cooked will help unless you
found yourself limited in what you can eat raw .and cooked will widen your
choice .

my self i found only one meat that i prefer cooked is mussels,  for some
reasons i am limited on the quntity i can enjoy raw 2 or 3 , but cooked i
can eat a lot . the question is that i might be better off anyway to not eat
them anyway .for vegetables it is different i have many that i prefer cooked
but everytime i did try  i din't feel good afterward.
