If you are stalled in terms of fat loss -- I think you should try cutting out
all fruit except for 1/2-1 cup of berries per day.  Once you start losing
fat, then you can experiment with more.  But the idea is to use fat as your
primary energy source, not carbs.  Also, I would up the saturated fat.  Coconut
milk is delicious but contains natural sugars (even the unsweetened, check out
carb counts).  Try coconut oil instead for now.  I'm not sure what shaved turkey
is -- does this mean you remove the skin?  If so, again, I think you are not
eating enough animal fat.
