       According to Sydney Blumenthal, a devoted Clinton pal, Hilary spent
around $150,000 of Dem Campaign funds for private detectives to investigate
Bill's affairs and this was before Monica. Also, she had her own "intelligence
staff" in the White House and knew  everything the president did about the time
he did it. So what she writes in her book is a "spin" at least, but more likely
outright lies.
