hello, the ts 930 is just as largbe as the 940.
the 930 i believe just did the ham band.  the 940 covered from about 500
herzs to 30 mg.
I don't think the 930 had speach.  the 940 used the vs 1 board for speach.
they both had a antenna tuner.

in case you are looking for one, I have a 940 for sell or trade.
