I don't know what is going on, but when I receive attachments from certain
people, I have the same experience. Nothing appears on the screen except
the blue lines under a web address or the red squiggly lines beneath a
misspelled word.

We have a client using Windows 98 SE with ZoomText 7.1 and Office 2000. =
When she sends out Microsoft Word attachments, all the visual user sees =
is the squiggly lines that are used by Word in the spelling and grammar =
checker. However, when the attachments are read with JAWS for Windows, =
they read perfectly.

Any ideas as to what is going on here? Thanks.Director of Student =
