That's the jumper, and it's actually a small metal connector in a plastic
sheath. The most common ones have, I believe, a .1" pin spacing, and can be
found at almost any computer or electronics store in packages of 20 or 500.
You might even find them at Radio Shack.
The last time I needed to buy some, it was to configure some drives on
which the manufacturer had used a different *smaller* size. Not every place
had those, but a surplus/kit electronics store had them in similar quantity
for about $.12 each.
