FDisk is normally pretty bullet-prooof - I've never heard of anyone having your problem.
I assume you DID run FDisk in DOS?
While it's possible to run FDisk from a command line in Windows, it won't do what it's supposed to.

Subject: [PCBUILD] F DISK
I have run f disk quite a few times.however Ive seemed to have run into a problem.
I use Go Back, which I think is a great program .However when I ran f disk it wouldn't take this program out.I would run f disk and reformat , then reinstall windows from the recovery cd that came with my Hewlett Packard computer. After the install, Goback would still be there.
