I have two hard drives in my old computer and both of them have been formatted and have nothing on them. How do i go about installing an operating system on the primary master drive? I made a start up disk prior to reformatting them and now it seems to not be working (or i am clueless). I have the Win98 SE cd in the cd-rom and the S/U disk in and it says it is preparing to start then stops at a dos prompt that only says  A:\>      Now what do i need to do? Thanks!!
