The base is coconut milk. For protein, I use either nut butter or raw eggs.
One 'recipe' is coco milk, eggs, stevia and vanilla; another is coco milk,
macadamia butter and stevia. As for how much, I keep my eye on the bottom
line. Using eggs lets you use more milk and thus enjoy greater quantity.
But milk/nut butter shakes are thick and gooey and taste better, IMHO. If
memory serves, the end result either way was over 2 cups. I divided the mix
into three or four individual servings. Protein, I believe, varied from 14
to 30 grams. I'd have to do it again to give you theright answer.
