Neil
The fish you are looking for are oily fish. The ones I consume are herring and
mackeral. But sardines (fresh would be best)is a good one too. The white fish
such as cod, haddock and whiting are not so high in omega 3 but their livers
are - hence codliver oil. I might be wrong here, but for some reason I believe
the liver of the oily fish are not seperate - but is the dark bit of meat that
runs along the bottom of the fillet.
