No, it makes sense. Restricting the amount of carbohydrate that
reaches the lower intestine is the aim when treating candida with
diet. I think many of the "natural remedies" work by increasing
the rate of digestion of carbs so less make it through to where
the candida is.

So it makes sense to eat simple carbs and skip the complex ones.
And especially cellulose which is going to make it intact right
through the intestine. Not sure how much nutrition the candida
would get from cellulose though.
