One gadget we found very useful for making baby food was a white plastic
baby food grinder. It had a plunger that pushed the solid chunks of
food up to a hand cranked grinder. It was also easy to clean. It
measured perhaps 5 inches in height and an inch and a half in diameter.
The big advantage was that you could make baby food out of whatever you
were eating, at home or away, very efficiently. It made it a lot easier
to set the standards for the baby's food as high as your own.
