I just picked up a jar of coconut oil from Whole Foods. The brand is
Spectrum Naturals. I tried a bit plain and found that it had no discernable
taste. It is solid at room temperature but will liquefy if the jar is placed
in a pan of warm water. I could feel it melting in my mouth.
