Do nuts and seeds provide the same level of satisfaction
or nutrition as red meat, poultry, eggs, raw dairy, and
other natural animal foods? I should qualify my comment:
"I doubt that HEALTHY primitives (ones with no cavities
or diseases) ate large amounts of nuts."

I believe you mean mongongo. And the !Kung also ate a
lot of meat (over half a pound a day). My reading and
experience with diet suggests that eating more animal
products would produce greater health than relying on
vegetation too heavily (more than 1/3 of calories).

MUFAs are almost as unstable as PUFAs. Both accelerate
aging compared to saturated fats. They break down very
quickly from exposure to oxygen (oxidation), body heat
or higher temperature (peroxidation), and any kind of
light (photon decay). Saturated fats have almost total
immunity to such free radical chain reactions.
Unsaturated fats, esp poly, suppress the immune system.
Doctors feed these oils to transplant patients to stop
them from rejecting the organ. Yet so-called nutrition
"experts" tell us to avoid saturated fats that build
immunity in favor of unsaturated fats which slowly but
surely degrade our health with chemical and hormonal
imbalances.

Look at old people look in countries eating mono oils,
like olive oil. Their skin has the texture of a raisin.
Compare them to people in Thailand and Polynesia using
mainly coconut for their fat. Or primitives eating raw
dairy studied by Dr. Weston Price and others. Or those
eating fatty pork and red meat. If we want to increase
our immunity and slow the aging process, we should eat
more saturated fats from coconut, raw butter, red meat,
and organ meats.
Three antioxidants ignored by prejudiced authorities:
saturated fat, cholesterol, and CoQ10. We get them in
abundance from the animal foods and tropical oils the
experts tell us to avoid. I don't avoid mono or poly-
unsaturates. I do eat them in moderation. By eating
mainly red meat, poultry, raw dairy, and coconut fat,
my blood pressure has dropped to 94/63, pulse 55 bpm,
cholesterol 175. Only elite athletes exhibit numbers
that low. Slower respiration prolongs life and slows
the aging process. Diets high in unsaturated fat has
proven to shorten life and create health problems in
old age.
