Which could be a support for the Masai who drink fermented milk as a
staple diet. Dragged around in big leather bags, shaken about all day
long and in that heath... Mixed with cowsblood they have it as a big
part of their daily intake. Still, they might be able to digest it
better thru thousands of years living this way. We'd probably collapse
after the load of bacteria they take in. At least, some of us.
I eat meats that are slightly off more and more often and see no ill
effects. We have a lot of experience on this list with people that are
used to bacteria that would most likely kill others.
So wether we agree if milk should be part of our diet or not, we eat a
heck of a lot healthier then anyone I know!

ps next week I'm doing a 3 day camping with a few youngsters from my
work. A girl only outing and they all desperately want to eat Paleo and
use this trip to go cold turkey
