Hello Jery & Kirk,

Curious, have you had any large glucose spikes from
foods that are generally considered low glycemic?
I've read that meals containing 500+ calories will
also spike glucose regardless of the macronutrient
ratios. Has that been your experience?

I pretty much follow a low glycemic paleo diet and
generally try to avoid meals in excess of 500
calories. If there's more to controlling blood sugar
than that I may have to take the plunge and buy a
monitor. I'm convinced that high glucose/insulin is
what takes most people out in the long run.

Mark
