Yes Essa Bokar Sey is our Ambassador to Washington. He has been here since August if my memory served me right.
As a matter of fact, the embassy had just came out with a very good website where passposrt and visa forms could be downloaded. I have visited the site and I must say it is a very useful tool. It is on www.gammission-washingtondc-usa.org. It is my understanding that the site was sponsored bya medical doctor and a very good Gambia's friend at the John's Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore.
