TR you can find through contesting.com

Kevin in particular, it can be run through windows but I haven't tried
it with a screen reader as it works well and stable through an old DOS
machine with old access technology.

sorry can't tell you the exact URL as I get an auto update from a
European distributor as I have a life time subscription.
