No, the rad shack speaker mics do not work with Kenwood HT's, the plug is
backward and also 1 of them on the Kenwood, 1 pin is a 3 conductor so you
can't just reverse the rad shack mic, I tried that once didn't work at all.
The rad shack, both pins are 2 conductor plugs for the speaker and the mic
jack. I hope I didn't confuse you too much, the rad shack mics will work
how ever with any Icom radios just about and older Yaesus.
