Hi Junior,
I think that either a firewall or a router is blocking the ports that echo
link uses.
Is your computer connecting through a router?
Do you have a software firewall running on your computer?
I don't remember the ports that echo link uses, but maybe someone else will.
I'm running DMZ mode on my router with outpost firewall running on this
computer and so I didn't really have to worry about port numbers.
