Hi Tom,
I am not sure if I understand the question.  On 2 meters, repeaters in the
147 MHz. are up 600.  The repeaters in the 145 and 146 MHz. range are down
600.  The repeaters in the 70 CHz.has a 5 MHz. split and some are up and
others are down.  Like I said I don't understand the question, perhaps this
helps.  73
