I used to belong to a local ham club until a series of unfortunate problems
lead to the collapse of the club as we knew it but I used to work all the
parades in the city with the club more often then now I was with other
floats or groups in the parades, we do communications for a haunted house in
the area, I did that 1 year and I work in the emergency management center
here where I live now doing all kinds of communications for them, no one has
ever turned me away if I was willing to do something. Good luck with your
test, I can't really help with Echlin, I don't know how to it though I've
used it and other programs like it and never have used winmorse.
