        May I make a suggestion?  There's a group on yahoogroups
hamradiohelp is it's name and it's purpose is to elmer those that want
to either get a license or upgrade their current one.  I'd like to
invite you to join and if you do tell Don I sent you...:)  The group is
very friendly (Not saying this group isn't) and is focused on elmering
those that want elmering.
