Hundreds of celiacs have sent e-letters to Congress requesting changes
to the food labeling laws.
A number of you have forwarded the responses sent by Senators and
Representatives to us.

As we continue to prepare for introduction of the food labeling bill,
it helps to know what members
are saying to you -- their constituents.  It also helps us determine
where to focus our energy.

Again, we would appreciate receiving copies -- via email or fax (number
provided on request) -- of the
replies sent to you by members of Congress.
