Listmates,
Have been GF for over 3 months now and despite a bland diet, my digestive symptoms have improved by aroun 75%. They were so bad before, I could barely leave the house. I still have diarrhea on occasion and I was wondering what suggestions you all might have. I already take probiotics and though I only tried Pancreatin once it gave me a bad case of diarrhea almost immediately after I took it. My GI doctor said I should take fiber (although this doesn't make any sense to me) but didn't specify what kind. Any suggestions on the fiber and diarrhea in general? I can't really digest any fruits or vegetables...
Also, I continue to have major debilitating problems with chronic fatigue. Sometimes I have a decent day but then I have to spend the next one in bed. I'm taking a B vitamin supplement from Whole Foods, but it also seems to contribute to loose stools? I have tried all sorts of prescriptions but they don't help much or have bad side effects, sometimes just making me more tired.
