You have to understand I have a hard time sticking to any recipe and I look
at gluten-free cooking as a big experiment but I got good reviews from this
experiment. I got the idea out of the newspaper. I made a batch of
Gluten-free perfect pie crust mix, and spread 1/4 of it on a pizza
pan.(greased) Then spread it with jam (first time some rasberry and some
cherry - what I had) and a can of pie cherries drained. I folded the edges
in a little to hold the juice and baked it 425 10 minuites, 300 15 minuites
(something like that) My husband loves cherry anything so I figured I was
safe. Very good with vanilla icecream. My son liked so much he just made
another with blueberry jam and some frozen blueberries (about 1/2 pkg.)
How about marmelade, manderine oranges and coconut? The possibilities are
endless!
