I keep hearing conflicting reports on Goat Cheese and people often ask
me if it's lactose free. Can anyone here back up the claims one way or
another with any research? Personally, I don't like it so it's not
important to me usually, but I'd like to be clear on it so when folks
ask I can give them a straight answer.
