The fourth annual Stanford Celiac Conference will be Saturday, Sept. 6,
2003 at Stanford University.  The program and registration form can be
downloaded from http://celiacsupport.stanford.edu.  This day long
conference is designed for celiac patients but also offers 5 CME credits
for medical professionals.  This year there is a special talk on the
combination celiac disease and diabetes.  Included is an educational and
fun children's program, dozens of gluten free food vendors, shopping from
the celiac bookstore, and a gluten free goodie bag for each attendee to
take home.  Your registration fee includes a gluten free continental
breakfast (with freshly baked muffins), gluten free gourmet hot lunch, and
morning and afternoon snacks.
