Took the hamantashen recipe that I use (which I got off our listserv, dated 2/15/99) , and made rugulach with the dough.
Formed triangles instead of circles, rolled up with lots of chopped walnuts and cinnamon. My only complaint, if I had one, is that they came out big (over 2 inches across.) Maybe, I should have cut the baking powder, or started out with smaller balls.
Also...Next time, I'll roll some cocoa in them, as well.
I bought raisins to use, but my family doesn't eat raisins, so I omitted them and just used the nuts.
They came out great.
