just saw something on food network about a restaurant in ny serving kombu
seaweed noodles...supposedly they have little taste on their own and absorb
the flavor of sauces very well...they are kind-of a strange color but all on
the show said they tasted good...i though some of you might want to check
them out...they are fat-free and low in calories..high in calcium..very
healthy
they are sold on a website at

id love to hear some 'reviews' if any of you try them...
