Recently I stumbled upon visceral massage - a form of therapeutic
massage that focuses on the organs and ligaments in the stomach
region.

The therapist I went to claimed this type of work can be
quite helpful to those with celiacs (note: I was not there for
my celiacs but did reveal it when presenting my medical history,
thus bringing about the comment). I've had two treatments so far
(feels oddly, but pleasantly, wierd) and have indeed noticed
some improvement in the function of my large intestine. But I'm
curious...

Has anyone else experienced visceral massage and/or has it helped in
dealing with your celiacs in any way? I'm especially curious to know
if ongoing therapy (say once a month) has been helpful along these
lines to anyone.
