I haven't had any problems either, except some speech sluggishness and stuttering on one installation, but we strongly suspect the chipset on the mother board which should soon be rectified.
Certainly some of the new features in 5.0 are well worth the upgrade.
Cheers,
Tom.

Subject: Stability of Jaws 5.0
Hello EASI Colleagues,
What are your thoughts on JAWS 5.0? One of my clients is using Version 4.5. At
the Boulder AT conference last November, several users told me that JAWS 5.0
is less stable than JAWS 4.x. The new features in Version 5.0 are very
tempting, though. The command that lists form fields/controls could be
extremely useful.
