Recently diagnosed. Flying on United for first time since then. Flew Air New Zealand recently and they were knowledgable and accomodating re GF. Called United to put in my special meal request. They do not have GF diets.

They have many special diets (3 kinds of vegetarian, for example). But as of a year ago, they stopped doing GF.

I am amazed and angry. Don't know what to do -- any experience with useful ways to communicate with large companies like United? Will it do any good?
