Hi Kathy. I have tried a new VoIP client called Skype, which is a
commercial but free client/service. I encourage you to take a look at
it...I haven't had occasion to use it with any assistive technology yet,
but I have used it as a standard client, and the call quality is
outstanding.

love to hear about it!
