Jaws disables the keyboard repeat. In other words, when Jaws is loaded, you
can hold down a key until kingdom come and it will activate exactly once.
Normally the keyboard repeat is controlled by settings in the keyboard and
accessibility applets. Jaws overrides whatever the user chooses for these
settings.

Is there a way to turn on keyboard repeat when Jaws is running?
