I found an alternative website where the New England Journal of Medicine
series "Advances in Immunology" can be obtained for free, including the
article on "Maternal Antibodies". The articles are available at the end of
the following immunology course outline:

http://www.rossmed.edu.dm/gdrive/Semester%
203/Immunology/ClassNotes/01BasicCon/BasicCon.htm

The "Maternal Antibodies" article in particular is at:

http://www.rossmed.edu.dm/gdrive/Semester%
203/Immunology/RefMaterial/Ejournals/NewEngJMed/01b1331.pdf

Sorry, because there is no means to provide long URL addresses in one piece
via LISTSERV email software, you will need to carefully cut and paste the
pieces of the web addresses together to form the proper web addresses.
