Thank you for writing again, I am sorry if I was not clear.  We do not have
any plans to change our omelette recipe, however our locations should be
able to make an omelette with eggs only (no batter) if requested.   We are
constructing a plan to ensure our guests are notified of items on our menu
that may be a challenge to their particular dietary needs.  Thank you for
