My third (and last) child tested positive for celiac sprue.  I emailed my family encouraging them to get tested and get their children tested.  My sister wants to know if a blood test can come back with a false positive?  I have it, and I know my three kids have it (since they improved after going on the diet).  I am not sure how to answer this question.  
Any information and or articles you know of would be great.
