I seem to be one of the remaining senior members of the celiac community
who remembers when....
The death of Phyllis Brogden leaves a void in the lives of all who knew her.
This extraordinary woman who has given us her love and support unselfishly
for over 25 years, could never say no. She was always there for anyone who
needed her support, spending countless hours on the phone, reassuring the
newly diagnosed and trying to provide answers to the myriad of questions.
Phyllis was there when no one else was, together we learned and shared
information with everyone who wanted it. Phyllis was my friend. She had a
wonderful laugh. Thank you Phyllis. It is with profound sadness that I
send my condolences to the entire Brogden family.
