After reviewing all of the responses, I have mixed feelings, and
feel that it
could be more trouble for me than it is worth, unless I go ask a
lot of questions
when they aren't too busy. I have mentioned to a couple of
listmates that one
solution for items made on a grill is to request that the item be
made in a clean
pan, with a clean spatula, in olive oil that you bring in a little
squirt bottle, or
in uncontaminated pure butter.
