I recently e-mailed Applebees asking them if they had a GF menu, since I
had seen some items listed in the CSA commercial products listing. This
was the response I received. I also e-mailed their reply to CSA so they
can update their listing.

"Dear Stephanie,

Thanks for your recent request for a list of gluten-free menu items
available at
Applebee's.

We are sorry, but due to the complexity of our menu and the frequency
in
which we
change our menus, we do not provide nutritional breakdowns specifically
identifying
gluten-free items.

The health and safety of our guests is simply too important to us to
risk
sharing
inaccurate or outdated nutritional information.

We hope you understand our approach to your request. We could never
forgive
ourselves
if we were the cause of someone's illness.

Sincerely,

Dr. Dustin Dixon
Director of Food Science"

On another, more pleasant note, I made the same request of Denny's, and
they said they would be happy to mail me a copy of their gluten free menu.

* Please remember some posters may be WHEAT-FREE, but not GLUTEN-FREE *
