Liquid smoke, opt.
Boil ribs ~30 min. Drain & then rinse off any bone fragments that may
remain.
Bake w/ sauce in a covered roaster for another 45 minutes.
2.I mix gf ketchup with alittle gf Worchestire sauce...add alittle at a time
to the ketchup, until you like it. I used this many times....even before I
was gf. Use on chicken, steak, whatever.
3.I make my own... brown sugar, ketchup, couple of cups each, couple tsps
vinager, garlic and onion to season ( I just used the powered form but you
could use real or fresh I mean) smoked flavoring is good to add to...
just add ingredients that you like... you can reduce or add the above
ingredients to taste... I always get compliments
4.I make my own. Heinz catsup - 1 cup
, 1/3 cup brown sugar - 2 T mustard
(gluten-free) 2 T vinegar.
