If you search hard enough you will be able to find papers, studies, etc.,
that support both sides of this issue. My opinion, for what it is worth, is that
drinking red wine (especially cabernet) in moderation might be good for you
and then it might not be the best thing to do. But either way the impact on your
health will be minimal. If you enjoy a glass or two each day then drink up.
From what I conclude the benefits will outweigh any minor problems. Of course
if you do not enjoy wine don't drink it just because some study says you
should.
