Greetings Paul--
I have had good experiences with Linksys and Netgear products, although I have heard/seen some comments re: problems with Linksys. As I say, though, my experience with Linksys has been entirely positive. The price for what I think (from your post) may be a 'home-office-type' unit is also reasonable. I have seen wireless broadband routers with a 4-port ethernet switch built in for between $40.00 and $60.00 (USD) with rebates. Also, I don't know if this is good or bad in the overall picture, Linksys is affiliated with Cisco Systems. Many "devices" making up the Internet are Cisco. They've been out there a long time.
