Hi Bill,
From what I have heard, the 939 will give you a little more upgrade room
in the future, including the possibility of PCI-e.
Either way I suggest you look at the A8N (939) or K8N (754) instead. The
general consensus is that the Nvidia NForce chipset is much better than the
Via.
Asus recommends a minimum 350W supply for these motherboards.
