HI
Unless you already have a video card or Video capture device that has a
video "in" feature you will have to buy additional or differernt hardware
to get the signal from your cable into the PC. Specifially you will need
one with a TV tuner to be able to select the signal. There is a USB device
by Happauge of NY that sells for about $70 that should do the trick.
