Today the weather is very warm (in the afternoon) and humid overhere and I
notice an immediate increase in pain and swelling here. BUT, BP (Before Paleo)
it would have been impossible for me to even move on a day like this.
Despite the weather I've been making applesauce and preserving it in jars.
Also an attempt at homemade vinegar is under way. So a lot of labour-intensive
work that involces carrying and lifting huge pans.
I have never noticed any connection between the amount of meat or kind of
meats I eat and inflammation.
Carbs seem to have quite an input in that in a negative way.
